Ten years ago, this started with an idea.

Not just to open a restaurant—but to do it differently. To be a little more intentional. A little more curious. And a lot less interested in doing what everyone else was doing.  Ten years later, here we are.

So we’re doing what we do best and bringing back the dishes that made this place what it is and giving them the attention they deserve.
