Ten years ago, we set out to open a restaurant with a different point of view—more intentional, more curious, and less interested in following the script. A decade later, we’re bringing that idea full circle. For this event, we’re revisiting the dishes that defined us and giving them the attention they’ve always deserved. It’s a look back, done with everything we’ve learned since.
